About Me
Jenevieve Vartanian, AMFT
I entered the field of psychotherapy because I witnessed the impact of unspoken pain and unprocessed emotions on those I loved. It led me to believe that more than anything, each of us deserves to be heard and understood. I created this practice especially for those who have felt unseen throughout their lives.
My personal story as the child of immigrants with multigenerational trauma continues to influence how I work as a therapist. I grew up navigating the complex values, rules, and beliefs of various cultures and have steered the waters of both pain and growth, shame and resilience. I seek to create a space where all the parts of you can been witnessed and explored as we reshape your how you relate to yourself.
